For @CP e @ TW!

Oi tudo mundo na @CP!

This is Sphinx who just came back from the Forum Global @ITA with Tushar, Enrique and Luis. It was the first AIESEC related event at LC level I attended, although there were some little things should be improved, the whole event was a wonderful experience for me to be there interacting with LC members, trainees and people who don’t know AIESEC.

When I was an AIESECer in Taiwan, I heard a lot of exchange experience, people always shared the experience of culture difference, working experience and how they had fun with local AIESECers, but for me, I wish I can have more than “CULTURE EXCHANGE”, I want to have more contribution for the local LCs and let my exchange is a real “AIESEC EXCHANGE”. If I want to have only culture shock or get oversea working experience, I can have other much more opportunities, or even better; the reason why I chose AIESEC exchange is I want to make the difference.

For me, AIESEC is not only a place for you to sharpen your marketing skill or a working experience when you are still in the campus, I appreciate those time I worked with my teammates, the days we discussed strategies, we recruited new members, we hold sessions to convey the value, however, the most important part is I made a lot of close friends in AIESEC, I met my mentors, and I also became a mentor or role model of others.

Now, I am a trainee here in @CP for 3 months, I really love everyone I meet here, but it seems not that match to my expectation. Trainees are here for @, we can share our thoughts, out work even our daily life; we r friends of @CP, want to know more about you, want to be part of @CP, and we don’t want to see you only once a month or even worse. Ever y time I heard trainees from other LCs told me, “Hey Sphinx, you know we discussed how to do recruitment with our LC yesterday.” “Hey Sphinx, we are going to held a GV with my LC and we are thinking about how to invite more people here”…I was really envy about that, but I told myself, we will have the same thing soon in @CP. But the truth is, till now, I’ve been here almost 3.5 months, I still can count with my one hand how many @ activities I participate in here (well, parties are a lot, I know :D)

Take your chance to have more interaction with trainees, we (Yes, WE, don’t doubt it, I mean every trainee) are really eager to be integrated to @ people, we can join every event , we are not here only for work and of course, we are not here for you to approve to your MC you got the number of exchange. We are welcome everyone of you to invite us, maybe we can have a real trip (not just a sentence wrote on Orkut or sugarcube) or maybe we can share our experience and so on. Anyway, I trust you guys understand what I want to express!
